SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from China.

In-stock pieces are usually prepared and shipped within 2 working days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Pre-order pieces follow the timeframe written on the product page. Please check the product description before placing your order.

We ship with trusted international carriers such as DHL and YunExpress. The available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost may be charged to the customer.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if there is an issue with the item or with the order received.

This includes damaged items, defective items, or an error from our side, such as the wrong item or wrong size being sent.

To request a return, please contact us at read@readmohinred.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the issue so we can review it properly.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will contact you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
